Responsible for ensuring production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the quality standards set by the company as well as customer requirements. Supervises the operations and quality control team to ensure compliance with food safety standards and production guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**A. Operational Management**
- Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production processes.
- Ensure production is on schedule, costs are controlled, and productivity is maximized.
- Manage raw material needs and inventory.
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and production equipment.
- Develop operational SOPs and ensure staff compliance.

**B. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)**
- Design and implement QA/QC systems.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and internal audits.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (MeSTI, HACCP, Halal).
- Train staff on the importance of quality and food safety.

**C. People & Team Management**
- Supervise and guide the production and QA/QC teams.
- Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
- Ensure effective communication between departments.

**D. Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Prepare production and quality reports.
- Analyze data for improvement opportunities.
- Promote a work culture based on standards and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Academic**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food industry.
- Experience in implementing systems such as HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, or Halal.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of QA/QC and food safety.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Disciplined, firm, and capable of managing a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
