**Sales Designer - Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Visit sites and offer design advice.
- Provide tailored design recommendations.
- **Design Creation**:

- Create 2D/3D designs using software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Develop floor plans and layouts.
- Choose materials, finishes, and colors.
- **Sales & Product Knowledge**:

- Present design ideas and product options to clients.
- Recommend furniture and cabinetry solutions.
- Ensure products meet customer needs and design goals.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate the design process and follow up with clients.
- Work with teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- **Customer Service**:

- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Address client queries and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet sales goals and maintain accurate records.
- Report progress to management.
- **Market & Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on design trends and new products.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in design sales (preferably in cabinetry).
- Proficiency in design software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Strong knowledge of furniture design, kitchen cabinetry systems, and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
