**Key Responsibilities 主要职责**
- A_s a front of house executive at MOSH, your primary focus will be on overseeing operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent service quality. 作为 MOSH 的前台行政专员，您的主要职责是监督运营、推动销售并确保卓越的服务质量。
- Be the face of MOSH by interacting and building rapport with clients, all while resolving any potential concerns with grace. 成为 MOSH 的门面，通过与客户互动和建立良好关系，同时优雅地解决任何潜在问题。
- Oversee the smooth functioning of daily front-of-house operations, working with your team of staffs to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. 监督前台日常运营的顺利进行，与团队成员协作，确保每一位客户都满意而归 。
- Manage client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. 管理客户预约、取消和重新安排。
- Maintain accurate client records and service histories. 维护准确的客户记录和服务历史。
- Handle basic financial transactions, including payments and end-of-day reconciliation. 处理基本的财务交易，包括付款和每日结算。
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, strategize promotions, and ensure our numbers hit the mark. 监控并实现销售目标，制定促销策略，确保业绩达标
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media posts, promotions, and client engagement. 通过协助社交媒体发布、促销和客户互动来支持市场营销工作。

**Job Requirements 职位要求**
- A track record in service-oriented/customer-facing positions, preferably in the salon, retail, service or hospitality industry. 在服务导向型/面向客户的职位中有良好的工作记录，最好是沙龙、零售、服务或酒店行业相关经验。
- More than 1-2 years & above experience in salon/retail management in the beauty & nail/hospitality industry experience is an advantage. 在美容美甲行业的沙龙/零售管理方面有 **1-2 年以上** 经验者优先。
