Responsibilities: 1. Prepare the bid documentation and communicate with subcontractors. 2. Prepare subcontract settlement and measuring work for the principle after reviewing the engineering cost and quantity of drawings. 3. Prepare relevant contracts, letters, and other documents as required. 4. Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management. Requirements: Major in Quantity Survey or related field with experience in subgrade or bridge. Familiar with the contract requirements. Able to work under mínimal supervision. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients. Able to work 6 day-week. Willing to work in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

The 640KM ECRL is expected to be completed by end of 2026. The route starts at Kota Bharu in Kelantan and ends at Port Klang in Selangor. It will pass through Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Putrajaya Federal Territory. Passengers can have easy access in Putrajaya Central Station to go to Kuala Lumpur International Airport or other places in the east coast. The ECRL project will become the main transportation line between the east and west coasts, providing comfortable and convenient modes of travel and freight for the public, promoting the development of commerce, logistics, trade and tourism along the railway, improving people’s livelihood, promoting regional development and upgrading local industry competitiveness.
