Key Responsibilities:
Commission Claims
- Calculate and process agent commissions weekly
- Upload payment details to company systems
Cancellation Cases
- Collect necessary documents for customer refunds
- Verify bank receipts & prevent duplicate payments
Employee Claims
- Review and verify expense claims
- Ensure accurate reimbursement within 3 working days
Deposit Transfers to Developers
- Verify documents and bank-in receipts
- Process payments within 3 working days
Other Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of sales, rentals & client accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Handle vendor invoices & client billing
- Ensure timely payments & collections
- Follow up on overdue payments
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare income & expense reports
- Provide insights to help reduce costs & improve revenue
Audit & Compliance
- Support audits & ensure adherence to financial regulations
Software & Communication (SQL)
- Know how to use accounting tools & spreadsheets
- Work closely with other departments and top management
