*ACCOUNT CLERK*

**Perform basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and filing financial records.**

**Receive and review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.**

**File and update supplier invoices in the company’s accounting system daily.**

**Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers for services rendered, parts purchased, or any additional charges.**

**Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.**

**Track payments and update the payment status in the system.**

**Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date filing systems for both customer and supplier records.**

**Provide general office and administrative support as needed.**

**Requirements**:
**STM/STPM or Diploma on Accounting (preferred)**

**Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu**

**At least 1 year related experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000 per month

**Education**:
STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:
Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
