Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Clerk to support our finance department in daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to handle data entry accurately, and familiar with basic accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
Assist with invoice processing and filing
Handle petty cash and simple bookkeeping tasks
Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
Support general administrative duties within the accounts department
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
