  • Submit documents for customs via e-Manifest.
  • Prepare documentation such as Shipping Orders and Bills of Lading.
  • Contact shippers and receivers of goods.
  • Verify vendors' invoices and issue invoices to principals or customers.
  • Assist to reply enquiries on estimated port disbursement account and ship agency services.
  • Prepare & submit invoice on final port disbursement account to principal.
  • Do filing, scan invoices for digital filing and courier shipping documents to principals and customers.
  • Collect payments from customers and monitor customer account.
  • Assist to submit documents for new customers agency appointment with customs.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirement

  • At least Diploma holder.
  • 3 years working experience and preferably in the same industry.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be computer literate.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
