  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the property management team.
  • Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, invoices, and related documents.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and correspondence.
  • Assist with billing, payment records, and coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Support maintenance scheduling, contractor coordination, and filing of service reports.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and office supplies inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or customer service field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
