About the role
Bestwise Sdn Bhd, a leading warehousing and logistics company, is seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording the incoming stock and materials
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Assisting with the storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods
- Preparing and processing orders, including picking, packing, and dispatching
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
- Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise warehouse operations
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- Previous experience in a similar store or warehouse environment is preferred
