**About you**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Hamilton Barnes. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large volumes of data into our database systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity will be essential to the success of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input, verify, and update various types of data into the company's database systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors, and make necessary corrections
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes and systems.
- Play a key part in supporting our sales team

**Requirements**:

- An interested in data admin/analytics
- Experience working with data through previous internships, studies or work

**Progression**

Starting as a Data Entry Specialist, you will be set targets to hit in order to be promoted to a Data Administrator.

As a data administrator you will have more responsibility when it comes to sourcing the data being input into the database.

Moving up from a data administrator, you will have the opportunity to complete a course alongside your work to become a Data Analyst.

You will then have the opportunity to become a Team Lead where you will take ownership of training up new data entry specialists.

You must have a valid Visa or right to work in Malaysia to be considered for this role
