Ensures accurate and timely entry of data into company’s Information System, Work
- Process System and Database.
- Check, update, process and maintain documents and records according to company’s requirements and compliance.
- Organizes and maintains documentation filed in compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement.
- Provide excellent routine administration support.
- Applies good office housekeeping practices.
- Operates office automation and technology effectively and efficiently.
- Provide secretarial support for the team including expenses claims, stationery supplies, meetings, travelling, office activities, events, functions and receptionist.
- Provide first line of support to selling floor by Operating cashier counter and Performing selling floor services.
**Experience required**
- Fresh SPM holder od Fresh Diploma holder in administrative field.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of administration work and associated documentation.
- Excellent data entry and record keeping skills.
- Good work organizing and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to process and input data with great attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to accept increasing responsibility as delegated by an immediate supervisor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
