Qualifications & experience

  • SPM or equivalent and Accounting Basic is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in data entry, accounts receivable or related role preferred.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of basic experience in related field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hard working and positive working attitude, responsible and working attendance.
  • Discipline and Punctual during working hours.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling daily administrative duties and handle daily basic accounting works.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of account documents, records and filing.
  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues as needed.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense reports.
  • Liaise with external accounting firm to provide necessary documentation, support for audits and tax fillings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through phone / email.
