RESPONSIBILITY OF QA CLERK:
- Provide all administrative support to management and organization.
- Track defects, test results or other regularly reported quality control data.
- Compiling quality data from various samples.
- Data entry, maintain and update office records for daily / weekly reports.
- Handle customer complaints investigations process, goods return issue and non-conformance issues. Initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Perform internal quality audits based on ISO guidelines.
- Support QA/QC department in carry out inspection/ testing when required.
- Any other duties and tasks delegated from time to time by superior.
RESPONSIBILITY OF SALES CLERK:
- To assist sales person on sales inquiries and quotations, customers product specification, drawings.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for the processing of Sales order, Invoice, delivery order and other shipping or delivery related documents.
- Liaise with present prospective customer of inquiries relating to sales, regulatory and other sales operational matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable.
- To understand client's requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.
- Any other duties and tasks delegated from time to time by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
- Minimum 2 year (s) of working experience in related field.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive working attitude, good interpersonal communication skills.
- Require skill (s): Ms Office, familiar with Autocount, SQL or other similar systems.
- Require Language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Process valid car license, own transport.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week
- Preferably Immediate candidate.
