  • Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
  • Receive incoming products and verify quantities and quality against delivery notes.
  • Track, organize, and label inventory items in the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval.
  • Pick and pack items accurately for eCommerce and other customer orders.
  • Ensure products are packed securely and correctly labeled for dispatch.
  • Support daily warehouse operations including stock counting, cycle counts, and stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Update inventory transactions such as transfers, returns, and disposals in the system.
  • Generate inventory reports for internal use and management review.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in warehouse operations.
  • Provide administrative support for inventory-related documentation and records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
  • Basic motorcycle knowledge is considered an advantage, especially when handling vehicle-related parts or stock.

Job Specification:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Diploma or vocational certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics-related roles.
  • Familiar with SiteGiant inventory software is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to accurately input and manage data in digital system.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform stock checks accurately.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Physically fit to perform warehouse duties such as lifting, stacking, and organizing products.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycles accessories is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.

Working Conditions:

  • Based primarily in the warehouse.
  • May involve occasional overtime depending on operational needs.
  • Requires standing, walking, and physical handling of stock.
