**Role And Responsibilities**:
- To make report timely as requested by superior.
- To ensure good filing system.
- To co-ordinate with another department.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- To keep records up to date.
- Follow up with supplier and internal team on the aging outstanding PO.
- To ensure data & documentation accuracy.
- To promptly and accurate data the assignment that assigned by superior daily
- Work independent.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
**Qualifications and Competency**:
- Min Diploma or Degree equivalent.
- Excellence in MS Excel and Power Point.
- Able to write and communicate in English or Malay.
- Can work under pressure and able to complete the urgent task in short lead time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
