Job Description.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of painted vehicles to assess the quality of the finish, including color accuracy, texture, and adhesion as per Carro standards.
- Perform tests for paint thickness, gloss levels, and durability to ensure compliance with Carro standards and company specifications.
- Collaborate with the painting team to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including findings and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare daily quality reports for management review.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing paint quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- High school, diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently

**Preferred Skills**
- Vehicle painting skill
- Certification or training in automotive painting or related fields.
- Familiarity with color matching and mixing.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
