**DAILY TASK**
- Under direction, performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes.
- Supplies and collection of empty returnable drums ibc/ empty gas cylinders; maintains inventory and stock records; and perform related work as required.
- WHL technician performs duties to support outgoing and receiving, deliveries, help to monitor stock levels, collecting the empty returnable drums ibc/ empty gas cylinders, documenting, and maintaining warehouse records, overseeing storage of surplus inventories for IFKM goods.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with delivery orders; processes and distributes documentation with NOSTAS orders together with IFKM SRP (Shipments Release Permits); overseeing discrepancies on orders received.
- Maintains records of all deliveries and collection such as for empty returnable drums/ibc and empty gas cylinders.
- Fills supply requisitions; assists operation Executive and Coordinator to order material supplies from External Warehouse to IFKM Mini Store.
- Receives, stores, tags/labels and tracks physical materials.
- Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
- Handles and documents storage and transportation of all chemical and gas hazardous materials.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding deliveries, abnormality of physical materials and documentation as well.
- To always follow client requirements and procedures.
- Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; perform physical labor; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; drive a forklift; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity and respect for a diverse organization.
- Modern warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading,SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastams), and the use and meaning of each; computerized warehouse record keeping SAP based system.

**III. QUALIFICATIONS**

Possess minimum a Diploma/Certificate/SPM with at least 3 years of related working experience.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral.

Knowledge in computer literacy such as MS Excel, Office etc.

Experience in handling forklift.

Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the TCGM WHL Technician and also to demonstrate the following personal attributes.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
