HR Shared Services Specialist

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR transactional support and coordination related to HR activities. Key responsibilities include managing employee master data, handling employee status changes, ensuring time and attendance accuracy in the time tracking system, managing employee termination activities linked to payroll, and preparing ad hoc HR and payroll reports within predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
**Responsibilities**:
**1) Operational Excellence**:
- Partner with Country HR, Corporate HR, and other functional teams to deliver effective HR operational solutions.
- Identify opportunities and implement continuous process improvements as part of key global HR projects to enhance the Shared Services HR function.
**2) Data Management**:
- Ensure delivery of global operations solutions for time and attendance management, maintaining compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely centralized reporting for personnel cost management and forecasting initiatives.
**3) Process Efficiency and Automation**:
- Support execution of Global Process Ownership for processes assigned by Corporate HR.
- Collaborate with peers across geographies to establish common working methods, drive process improvements, and implement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through efficiency enhancements and automation.
- Partner cross-functionally to meet operational requirements and ensure compliance.
- Participate in automation initiatives assigned by Corporate HR.
- Influence and partner with business stakeholders to successfully drive process, system, and organizational changes.
**4) Service Delivery**:
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets across a comprehensive set of HR service delivery metrics.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to HR processes and practices.
- Execute transitions for HR processes smoothly.
- Deliver excellent HR customer service and operational excellence to corporate HR customers; monitor inquiries and internal customer satisfaction, providing escalated support when necessary.
- Ensure all service delivery complies fully with audits, certifications, HR policies, and Employee Handbooks relevant to processes and services within the EBSC Malaysia HR function.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; additional HR certifications are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an HR Shared Services environment handling centralized administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Proven experience in executing service migration projects within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the Workday system is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate is highly desirable.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
