UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

**About the Department**:
The **Technology and Operations **function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying the required Facilities and Services for the site
- Establishing the Budget for the respective facilities and services
- Establishing the Scope of Work and work with Procurement to on-board the necessary Contract or Service Agreement
- Ensuring the facilities are well-maintained by incorporating industry best practices. Establish a Planned Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Program
- Establishing Facilities Asset database for Facilities’ End of Life Management and Replacement
- Overseeing the Day to Day Operation of the Office Facility
- Conduct Facility Assessment and take appropriate Corrective Action if required
- Ensuring the facilities meet Compliance Standards and Government Regulations
- Ensuring the Sustainability Agenda of the Bank is incorporated into the operation
- Reporting Environmental Data which shall include Scope 1, 2 and 3 Emission for the Bank’s Sustainability Report
- Dealing with Emergencies as they arise
- Any other work deemed necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Education- Engineering Degrees from any recognised University or recognised establishment (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering will be beneficial)
- Accredited certification in the field of Green Building will be an advantage

Experience and Skills- 10 years to 15 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management. Those with experience in managing MNC facilities will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Performance-driven balanced with proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment.
- Process-oriented and possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to have a holistic view.
- Ability to deliver and articulate a presentation confidently and effectively to a wider project committee and management.
