**Location**: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (5-minute walk from LRT)
**Basic Salary**: RM1,800 (Up to RM2,400 after probation) + up to RM200 KPI Allowance
**Work Schedule**: 5-day workweek, 2 days off, rotational shifts (latest shift up to 9PM)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum Qualification
- **Diploma with a minimum 6 months of working experienc**e in customer service.
- **Degree fresh graduates are welcome.**:
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and on rotational shifts.
- Able to start immediately.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance.
- Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets.
- Cross-selling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages.
- Spin-gating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
