The Regional Functional Lead will be working as part of the Global Process Excellence team and will lead organizational, standardization, and program management within the Connect PPG SAP S/4 Hana global implementation project.

The scope of this role includes the following:

- Developing and implementing procedures to measure business resource network touchpoints, concerns, and adoption
- Developing and implementing procedures to measure record-to-report standardization against the global template
- Participation in the development of communication material (agenda/content) for Business Process Leader meetings
- Recognizing impacts within stream, cross-stream, and across programs that require action for Connect and working to remove or mitigate risks
- Coaching team activities as needed to optimize team efficiency
- Serve as lead for transition from ARIS to Signavio for business processes
- Quantify RTR change risk and create contingency plans to eliminate or mitigate the risk
- Serve as a liaison with deployment team and data team to ensure alignment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or related discipline
- Minimum ten years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge
- Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required

**Skills**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a teamwork atmosphere
- Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
- Willingness to have a degree of flexibility in work hours and tasks assigned
- Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 25%of the time
