Key Responsibilities

Governance Role managing MSP for network design, integration (project) and Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of fiber network in Region. Staff required ensuring all the operational stability and healthiness of the Fiber Network nodes and DiGi infrastructure towards delivering Excellence Customer Experience (ECE).
- To take full responsibility/ primary in-charge for fiber project rollout in region.
- To liaise with internal DiGi/MSP and external counterparts Government Agencies (JKR, SBC and etc) pretending rollout and corrective maintenance for improvement and performance
- Track, record and document all information provided by MSP and external parties pretending line design and fiber routes.
- Understanding & responsible end to end value chain, ROW and permitting with LL and LC agencies.
- To ensure smooth network and service availability of OB fiber within SLA with MSP.
- To make decision on technical issue on requirement based on MSP and external request.
- Represent technical meeting together with MSP to manage various government agencies manage expectation
- In-house expert to provide support analyze and liaise with vendor to solve the problem with root cause analysis based inputs by MSP and planning team to mitigate repetitive fiber cut.
- Problem management with MSP on network outages/fault, coordinate, interact and interface towards internal teams, 3rd parties/vendor pretending network outage till service restoration.

Key Requirements:

- Maintain and extend technical skills and knowledge with MSP.
- Responsible for day to day operational & team activities on CM/PM with MSP and DiGi Vendor.
- Support New project rollout - FTH to ensure completion of tasks and manage external team on expectation.
- To monitor and follow up to ensure all weekly report updated by MSP team and scrutinize accordingly.
- Responsible to ensure all reports related with KPI on track and keep update with HOSS/HOS.
- Manage and set expectation towards DiGi ASP based on PO issued by DiGi.
- Audit random sites to ensure contract obligation with MSP/Vendor on Project/PM/CM.
- Enforcement on HSSE guideline set by organization towards MSP and DiGi Vendors.
- Manage/Recovery of DiGi's Fixed Deposit Rate deposited by DiGi with various government agencies.
- New Submission on new fiber build in region/appeal/renewal with government agencies or SBC's
