Your new responsibilities
- Responsible for plant employee services (plant attire, Surau, Cafeteria services, hostel & employee transportation management).
- Responsible for vendor and contractor management related to plant employee services.
- Responsible for document management related to plant employee services.&
- Assist in company event planning and execution.&
- Responsible for project planning and implementation of new office and cafeteria construction and expansion.
- Assist in EICC compliance and ensuring compliance to all labor and employment standards.
- Support internal and external audit on system and closure of action items.
- Responsible for cost control and budget planning related to plant employee services.
- Participate in projects related to EHS, energy savings and 5S activities.
- Responsible for contractor management at plant upon project basis.

What we look for
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or any other related discipline.
- At least 8 years working experience in required field is required for this position.
- Exposure to manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of employee services related topic.
- Knowledge of EICC will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work under fast demand environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good team player.
