Your new responsibilities
- Required to handle on direct Frontend material commodity such as wafer substrates, metal organics, targets, gases and chemicals.
- Work closely with respective Category Expert and Category Manager to ensure commodity strategy is meeting customer needs and cascaded efficiently.
- Expected to act as an interface to the Category Manager and end user in cascading down the CBS. Understand short
- and long-term own business areas direction.
- Constantly looks into every opportunity to reduce existing price by having insights, technical knowledge and background of the commodity and propose in CBG meeting the change necessary.
- Actively drive consignment program and payment term improvement with supplier.
- Expected to understand contractual content, monitor contractual obligations and trigger contract renewals.
- First escalation point for internal customer and suppliers, when Supply Chain Management/Global Shared Service facing the problem of getting support from suppliers. Supply Chain Management / Global Shared Service hold accountability of PO and delivery acknowledgement.
- A project leader to coordinate qualification on existing supplier&'s capacity expansion in term of duplicate tools and proliferation of qualified materials.
- To ensure OMT projects are updated in system, perform data quality check and ESN audit in time with best accuracy.
- Participate actively in the commodity discussion with SQE on quality related issue.
- Expected to identify risks and plans for contingencies.
- Expected to understand supplier performance of the commodity and gather material productivity potentials.
- Expected to coordinate the annual supplier evaluation and updating the data.&
