As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and gain exposure to core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring smooth HR processes and promoting a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Onboarding Assistance**: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation sessions, and assist new hires with initial setup and documentation.
- **HR Operations**: Support the team with maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting in payroll processes if needed.
- **Administrative Duties**: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to employee inquiries.
- **Employee Engagement**: Participate in planning and organizing employee events, wellness initiatives, and other engagement activities.
- **Learning & Development**: Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees as needed.
- **Other Tasks**: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
