Written and verbal communication skills - Basic understanding of air condition, electrical system, compressor air system, and plumbing. - Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
