Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, or engineering services.
  • Strong technical knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and civil maintenance.
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance systems, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Preferably registered with BEM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission), or equivalent authorities.
  • Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
