Chargeman Bo

**Job description**
- Ensure steady and uninterrupted power supply to production plant by maintaining good communication and quick response to issues.
- Attend to equipment breakdown and maintain plant and machinery availability and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical system and installation regulations.
- Record all operational and incident reports and maintain related log books.
- Establish, check, and review annual maintenance planning for electrical facilities.
- Plan and develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled breakdowns.
- Review and update the critical spare part list for Electrical and Instrumentation items.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability to meet production targets and minimize plant downtime.
- Establish process documentation and work instructions to support process change and improvement.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice, housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness of all electrical/control panels, machinery, and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety rules and wear appropriate PPE to prevent accidents.
- Strictly adhere to company regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to food hygiene, and safety systems.
- Execute ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC, and other management system implementations.

**Job specification**
- Degree holder in Electrical or related disciplines.
- Possess a valid chargeman BO grade certificate. However, Chargeman A4 certificate and intending to pursue BO certification are also encouraged to apply.
- A competent person or possess relevant certification certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage.
- Preferable with 3-4 years hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferably in food industries.
- Strong knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is essential.
- Experience in supervisory skills.
- Possess good trouble-shooting, problem-solving, strong verbal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure, possess high sense of responsibility and a good team player.
- Must be able to read or write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
