**Responsibilities**:

- Work accordance with company Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
- Manage and update all incoming and outgoing documentations are meets formal requirements and required standards, registered in tracking logs, stored on the server and easily accessible by the project team.
- To ensure and understand the different forms of documentations such as correspondence, all ISO Form template, RFI, Test pack, Transmittal, Project Handover Documentations, drawings, and the response time required.
- Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project (Refer to Documentation Coding List).
- Maintain updated records of all PO & DO (Updated into the Material Check List).
- Submit a Bi-weekly Documentation Reports to superior.
- Handling and compile the Handover Documentations for Project as per client requirement.
- To arrange and take a minute meeting for Project Team Meeting.
- Responsible to execute project implementation accordance to agreed customer requirement and always refer to the established ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals and Work Instruction Manuals.
- Responsible to identify hazards during design stage accordance to ISO 45001 established Occupational Health and Safety Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals, Operational Procedures and to eliminate or minimize the impact of identified risk thorough the execution of mitigation action.
- Any other duties associated with post and deemed necessary as instructed by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work at site
- Minimum 1-2 years works experience as Site Document Controller
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision, good teamwork skills and good communication skills.
- Possess own transportation.
