**Position Overview**:
Location: Olak Lempik

Industry: Metal Processing for Office Furniture

Customer: US/ Europe

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement the control of documents and quality of records, for business process owners and manufacturing process owners, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Maintain and update quality documentations such as policies, procedures, forms, work of instructions, drawings, product and process specifications, registrar of master lists to the latest revision, track of records, and that these documents are made available at all locations.
- Obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and dispose within records of retention period.
- Control of documents including creation of forms, review, approval, distribution, retrieving, system of filing and archiving. Conduct regular evaluations of document to identify areas for improvement.
- Schedule, arrangement, and liaison with related internal and external parties on calibration, verification and validation activities for attribute gauges, tools, moulds, equipment and measuring devices.
- Spearhead quality performance tracker, quality metrics data for KPI report and slide preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM/ Diploma in any related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Strong attention to details, organise and embrace to a quality improvement program.
- Good written and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
