**Junior E-commerce Executive**

**Role**:

- Manage and optimize our online stores across **Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada** to ensure smooth and seamless shopping experiences.
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve store performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute promotional strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and maintain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and report findings with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure inventory levels are updated and orders are processed efficiently.
- Assist with creating marketing campaigns, promotions, and online advertisements.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual proficiency**:Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin** is highly preferred.
- Must have basic technical skills for e-commerce tools and platforms.
- A love for cats and passion for their well-being
- Ideally, must own a cat (Multiple cats are even better).
