a) Prepare G-code M-code for operation of CNC milling machines from engineering drawing received. b) Operate 5 axis auto lathe, CNC lathe, CNC turning, CNC milling machines to produce Jig & Fixture. c) Support tool room to assemble press tool when needed. d) Ensure availability of machining consumables (inserts, holders) and raw materials needed for production. e) Establish procedures, process flow chart, SOP, packing standard and other document in accordance to the QMS 9001 and EMS 14001 requirement. f) Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
