Job Description:

  • Operating CNC machines to manufacture/fabricate parts and components according to precise specifications
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborating with production team, monitoring machine parameters and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to set up and program CNC machines
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
  • Multitasking and ability to assist superior in detail, urgent precision planning and tasking.
  • Must be committed and able to work independently, can work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.
  • Able to provide support to sales and production team.
  • Willingness to work extra hour when necessary and needed.
  • Open to opportunities on job trainings and progress and ability to take more responsibilities to enhance for success in the career.
  • Able to work in a challenging working environment.
  • Meticulous and result oriented.
  • Must have excellent reading comprehension, mathematical, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Knowledge about metal fabrication especially machining and some work exposure on CAD CAM Programming is an added advantage.

· Tanggungjawab

  • Mengendalikan mesin CNC untuk mengeluarkan/membuat bahagian dan komponen mengikut spesifikasi yang tepat
  • Melakukan penyelenggaraan rutin dan penyelesaian masalah pada mesin CNC untuk memastikan prestasi optimum
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pengeluaran, memantau parameter mesin dan membuat pelarasan mengikut keperluan untuk mengekalkan kualiti dan kecekapan
  • Mentafsir pelan tindakan, lukisan dan dokumen teknikal lain untuk menyediakan dan memprogram mesin CNC
  • Mematuhi semua protokol dan peraturan keselamatan untuk memastikan persekitaran kerja yang selamat
  • Berbilang tugas dan keupayaan untuk membantu pihak atasan secara terperinci, perancangan ketepatan yang mendesak dan penugasan.
  • Mesti komited dan boleh bekerja secara bebas, boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk memenuhi tarikh akhir dan pencapaian yang ketat.
  • Mampu memberi sokongan kepada pasukan jualan dan pengeluaran.
  • Kesediaan untuk bekerja lebih masa apabila diperlukan.
  • Terbuka kepada peluang latihan kerja dan kemajuan serta keupayaan untuk mengambil lebih banyak tanggungjawab untuk meningkatkan kejayaan dalam kerjaya.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran kerja yang mencabar.

  • Mesti mempunyai kefahaman membaca, matematik, menulis dan kemahiran lisan yang cemerlang.
  • Pengetahuan tentang fabrikasi logam terutamanya pemesinan dan beberapa pendedahan kerja mengenai Pengaturcaraan CAD CAM adalah kelebihan tambahan

· Requirement

  • Monday to Saturday (FULL DAY)
  • 8:30AM to 5:00PM

· Experience:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Technical Certificates/Fresh Graduates/Technical School leavers are encourage to apply
  • CNC Machines Operation: 1 year (Required)
  • CAD CAM CNC programming or such area: 1 year (Required)

· Language:

  • Bahasa Malaysia, English (Required)
  • Mandarin/Chinese dialects (added advantage and preferred)
