Emergency Response Coordination:
Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, responding promptly to tenant calls and coordinating emergency repairs as needed. Utilize hands-on skills to address emergency issues effectively, such as fixing leaks or restoring power.

Scheduled Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement a schedule for regular property maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and appliance servicing. Execute hands-on maintenance duties according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Inventory Management:
Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for routine repairs and emergencies. Utilize hands-on skills to perform inventory checks and physically manage maintenance supplies.

Vendor Management:
Liaise with external contractors and vendors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and oversee work performed on rental properties. Utilize hands-on expertise to supervise contractors and ensure the quality of workmanship meets standards.

Safety and Compliance Oversight:
Communication and Resolution:
Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, providing updates on the status of repairs and estimated timelines. Resolve tenant complaints and concerns related to property maintenance through hands-on repairs and effective communication.

**Job Requirements**:
❖ High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Basic educational requirement demonstrating literacy and numeracy skills.

❖ Certifications or Licenses:
Possess relevant certifications in areas like plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC systems.

❖ Hands-On Experience:
Previous work experience in property maintenance or construction roles.

❖ Technical Skills:
Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, with knowledge of common repair techniques.

❖ Problem-Solving Abilities:
Capable of diagnosing maintenance issues and finding effective solutions promptly.
