Key Responsibilities :

  • To ensure all factory machineries and utilities are in optimal conditions at all times.
  • Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the maintenance department.
  • To perform and ensure preventive maintenance activities are in accordance with planned schedule.
  • Establish developing plan for maintenance skill matrix.
  • To manage maintenance spare parts and tools inventories.
  • To achieve assigned maintenance & operation KPIs, and meeting the maintenance budget.
  • To provide work direction to outside contractors and ensure all their activities are conform to the procedures, technical standard, and safety.
  • Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance services.
  • Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
  • Adherence to ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 practices and Company's safety rules & regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience of similar role in manufacturing environment.
  • Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, self-starter, initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work overtime and including weekends may be required.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Memastikan semua mesin dan utiliti kilang berada dalam keadaan optimum pada setiap masa.
  • Merancang, menyusun, memimpin dan mengawal jabatan penyelenggaraan.
  • Melaksanakan dan memastikan aktiviti penyelenggaraan pencegahan dijalankan mengikut jadual yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Membangunkan pelan pembangunan untuk matriks kemahiran penyelenggaraan.
  • Mengurus inventori alat ganti dan peralatan penyelenggaraan.
  • Mencapai KPI penyelenggaraan dan operasi yang ditetapkan serta mematuhi bajet penyelenggaraan.
  • Memberi arahan kerja kepada kontraktor luar dan memastikan semua aktiviti mereka mematuhi prosedur, piawaian teknikal dan keselamatan.
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan kecemasan 24 jam.
  • Bertanggungjawab memastikan semua permintaan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan disiapkan seperti yang diarahkan.
  • Mematuhi amalan ISO 9001 dan FSSC 22000 serta peraturan keselamatan Syarikat.
  • Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang diarahkan.

Kelayakan :

  • Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya sijil dalam Kejuruteraan Elektrikal / Mekanikal atau setaraf.
  • Bahasa yang diperlukan: Bahasa Malaysia atau Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan yang sama di persekitaran pembuatan.
  • Kemahiran Diperlukan: Mampu bekerja secara berdikari, proaktif, berinisiatif dan mempunyai keinginan untuk belajar.
  • Mesti bersedia bekerja lebih masa dan pada hujung minggu jika diperlukan.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
