Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Quantify and qualify sales and marketing leads based on agreed selection criteria before assigning the leads to a sales channel
- Account Management, to manage portfolio of existing customers, make telephone calls regular timely cycle and to secure new business (serving corporate clients, relationship building, cross selling/upselling products and services))
- Develop new customer base, potential business growth
- Build rapport and long term relationships with Clients while providing excellent customer service standards
- Problem solving: Customer complaints, responding and satisfying client sales and post sales requirements.
- Achieve individual monthly KPI
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferred 2 years of relevant experience and above, **Fresh Grads welcomed too**:
- Required skill(s): Call Center background, Customer Service, CRM module in logistics fields, Sales Experience, Telesales/marketing experience
- Possess **excellent** verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Result driven and works well with KPI
- Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone)
- Willing to work at Bangsar South, KL
- Contract role (6 months) with opportunities for internal hiring / permanent staff conversion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
