**Role Purpose**:
Accountable for supporting and executing strategic and event planning by ensuring the plan is according to business and Senior Management objective

**Key Accountability**:

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, conducting research and analysis to assess their alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to develop partnership strategies and assist in negotiating agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Support the team in maintaining regular communication with strategic partners, ensuring strong relationships are fostered.
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and networking events, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop event content, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of partnerships and events, gathering data to measure ROI and provide insights for future decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership and event opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support the overall strategic direction for the company's partnership and event initiatives.
- Assist and support the manager of existing partnerships and sponsorship to ensure that they are meeting the organization's needs

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in related industry and event planning

**Area of Experience**:

- Proven experience in strategic partnership development and event planning
- Knowledge of event planning and management best practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management software
- Awareness of industry trends and an eagerness to stay updated with market developments
- Proficiency in ticketing and knowledge in ticketing jargons.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
