- Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Updating sales lead list.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes by performing outbound calls to introduce our services as a first point of contact.
- Assisting the manager with setting up appointments/meetings with prospects and potential clients.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions if any.

**; Requirements**:
- A Degree in Business Management/International Business/Entrepreneurship/Marketing or similar may be required.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to cope with rejection.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
