Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of production operators to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations within the manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring daily production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor new operators to maintain high work quality and productivity.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM certification** or equivalent.
- At least **1 year of experience** in a similar team leader or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the **BESS industry** will be an added advantage.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
