**What You Will Achieve**
- ** Drive Sales & Deliver Exceptional Service**:Engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, follow up on purchases, and maintain an accurate customer database for future interactions.
- ** Maintain a Premium Environment**: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and visually appealing to reflect the brand’s image.
- ** Uphold Professional Grooming Standards**: Adhere to brand guidelines for grooming and uniform to maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- ** Support Administrative Operations**: Assist the Retail/Counter Manager with tasks such as stock management, sales reporting, and handling customer inquiries.
- ** Manage Inventory Accurately**: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and promptly report discrepancies to the Retail/Counter Manager.

**Qualifications**:
**What You Will Need**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Makeup Artist positions require a valid Makeup Certification.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in social selling techniques, including social media posting, virtual consultations, and live streaming.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
