**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Project Manager** with a strong foundation in **IT project management** and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering results efficiently within a fast-paced educational technology environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage **end-to-end project delivery,** from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution within budget.
- Prepare and maintain detailed **project documentation, reports, and dashboards**.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools (**VLOOKUPs, CSV manipulation, Power BI**) for reporting and data tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management to ensure project alignment.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation projects.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.**:

- **1-3 years of experience** managing projects (end-to-end experience required).
- **PMP certification** is an advantage.
- Strong skills in **Excel, Power BI, and data visualization/reporting tools.**:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
