**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of content for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential customers.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, or product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales activities.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
