Assists Supervisor in arrangement, organizing, and directing daily activities to meet productivity targets.
- Act as the team leader during the Supervisor’s absence.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of production, manufacturing, and factory operations. Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets, considering capacity, demand, and cost optimization.
- Review & monitor the usage, storage, and transaction to ensure the accuracy of production inventories and records.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor and when required.
- Monitor operator performance, safety, and quality standards as required.

**Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and motivate production team
- Assign tasks, adhere to production schedules
- Train new and existing employees
- Foster teamwork and positive work environment

**Production Management**:

- Oversee setup, operation, shutdown of production line
- Monitor and meet production targets
- Coordinate with other departments for workflow
- Maintain production records and reports

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor product quality
- Ensure compliance with standards and specifications
- Conduct inspections, implement corrective actions
- Document quality control checks

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage
- Conduct safety audits, participate in training
- Report safety hazards/incidents promptly

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist on attendance tracking.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Manufacturing and electronic assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving production targets.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing best practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay, both written and verbal, is required.
- Good working knowledge of 5S / Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001:2015.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in daily work plans and unplanned issues, maintaining a focus on productivity without compromising safety or quality.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
