**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for transforming others' ideas into specific “design maps” mainly to be used in the agriculture machineries and implement industry.
- Work closely with production head, mechanical engineers and designers to get the conceptual design and understanding of drawing
- Oversee the entire production line of the project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met.
- Hands-on with the production team
- Manage the sourcing and delivery of materials and equipment needed for successful project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Empower clients and personnel with comprehensive training and ongoing technical support.
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Requirement**
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Malay and English (verbal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- The ability to troubleshoot problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions is essential.
- Precision and attention to detail are critical
- Good communication skill as you would need to communicate with multiple stakeholder.
- Willing to travel
