  1. On-Site Supervision

·       Oversee daily renovation and interior fit-out works to ensure smooth site operations and adherence to approved design plans.

·       Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring timely completion according to project schedules.

·       Verify all works align with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards before submission for inspection or handover.

·       Coordinate with the Project Manager for progress updates, issues, and corrective actions.

2. Workforce & Subcontractor Management

·       Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet daily and weekly targets.

·       Allocate site tasks efficiently to optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization.

·       Ensure site discipline, productivity, and proper workflow between trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).

·       Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.

3. Safety & Compliance

·       Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and site rules for all workers and subcontractors.

·       Conduct daily toolbox briefings and safety inspections.

·       Identify and mitigate potential site hazards or unsafe practices to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

4. Quality Control & Design Integrity

·       Ensure all construction and installation works meet interior design standards and quality expectations.

·       Identify and rectify any defects, deviations, or poor workmanship immediately.

·       Collaborate closely with Interior Designers and Project Managers to clarify design details and ensure proper execution on-site.

·       Verify final finishes, detailing, and alignment with the approved design intent before client presentation.

5. Resource & Material Coordination

·       Manage delivery, storage, and proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

·       Track material usage to reduce wastage and control costs.

·       Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and fittings.

·       Inspect received materials for quality and compliance with specifications.

6. Documentation & Reporting

·       Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work progress, manpower, and material movement.

·       Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports, photo documentation, and site issues to the Project Manager.

·       Support project handover documentation, defect lists, and final inspections.

7. Client & Team Communication

·       Support project meetings with clients, designers, and contractors when required.

·       Address on-site queries or design clarifications in coordination with the Project Manager and Designer.

Represent the company professionally in all site dealings to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
