About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Exhibition & Event Logistics Department. You will support the team in coordinating international and domestic shipments, documentation, and on-ground logistics for exhibitions, events, and trade shows.

This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in logistics, event coordination, and project management in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for exhibitions and events.
  • Support the preparation of shipping documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and file management.
  • Support on-site logistics when required (local events).
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the department.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree students in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willing to learn, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for at least 5 months (longer is an advantage).

What You Will Learn

  • End-to-end logistics process for exhibitions & events (local & international).
  • Hands-on experience with logistics documentation (CIPL, ATA Carnet, AWB, BL, permits).
  • Coordination skills with freight partners, vendors, and event organizers.
  • Real exposure to supply chain, customer communication, and project execution.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
