The Logistics Intern will support the logistics team in handling documentation, verification and coordination of incoming and outgoing equipment and parts. The role involves on supporting day-to-day logistics operations through proper record keeping and administrative tasks.

  • Assist in verifying and recording incoming and outgoing equipment and parts.
  • Support in preparing and updating logistics documents such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Help to maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics reports.
  • Support in organizing and filing all logistics-related documents.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers, transporters and internal departments for document submission and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for daily logistics activities as assigned.

The Warehouse Intern to support daily warehouse operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing and general warehouse procedures.

  • Assist in preparing and updating stock records, delivery order and goods received notes.
  • Support the team in checking and recording stock movement and inventory updates.
  • Help to organize and maintain warehouse documents and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports or summaries when required.
  • Liaise with other departments for document circulation or verification.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance in the warehouse area.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the warehouse team.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to support smooth operations.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
