**Position Purpose Statement**: The responsibility is to improve the profitability of the factory, innovate operations and stabilize the production of trial products quickly.

1. Responsible to promote, plan, make the decision and follow-up that correspond with production technology and production system innovation to achieve as below, and comply with compliance.
- Radical improvement of production capacity
- Improve safety,
- Improve equipment efficiency,
- Quality stabilization,
- Cost reduction
2. Responsible to negotiate with related departments including SCI) to achieve as below:

- Enhancement of production facilities
- Quality improvement (includes product safety improvement)
- Cost reduction
- Industrialization of new product including the new process
- Product integration
3.Responsible for promoting the following matters in collaboration with R&D Dept.:

- Determine the need for adding or change in production technology and equipment for industrialization
- Perform following matters for production schedule and inventory plan.
- Supervise and Manage for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, products and inventory control.
4.Responsible for establishing new product manufacturing technology in collaboration with SCI SAP R&D and SCI Prod Tech Div. and SDP innovation Dept.
- Create a consideration plan for establishing technology
- Establish technology that can produce our product with targeted quality at low-cost and safe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:

- Production Engineer: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Japanese (preferred)
