**1. **Daily Tasks**

(i) Daily Building Inspection 9am-12pm. Check on cleanliness of corridor, staircases, car parks, refuse chamber and all common properties, check the functionalities of lights, lifts and relevant building services. Check security guard attendance, SOP, incident report.

(ii) In charge of the complaints of common area defects (recurring or otherwise) made by residents and provide solutions to the said complaints.

(iii) Forward recurring defects to developer/ JMB/MC and monitor the progress.

(iv) In charge of refund of renovation which include site inspections

(v) Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports in a timely manner.

(vi) Stand in for Administrative Office if required

(viii) Attend meetings as and when required.

(ix) Prepare notices and memo

2. Weekly Tasks

(i) Weekly site meeting with staff

(ii) Weekly site meeting with service providers

(iii) Monthly meeting with Committee members

(iv) Prepare monthly Payment Recommendation or the equivalent

(v) Assist on preparation of scheduled maintenance based on the inventory list of common areas and facilities

(vi) Spot check of the maintenance and functionality of common areas and facilities.

(vii) Assist to prepare weekly report to the management/JMB/MC.

(viii) Assist BM to prepare incident reports from the staff and collate incident reports by the service providers

(x) Assist in preparing monitoring reports on service providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
